Walked in and requested a seawall repair estimate in September, was told they were backed up and would take 2-3 weeks for estimate, I said that was fine. Followed up in late October...was told they were working on some "big" jobs on Sanibel and they would get to me in a week or so. Followed up in early December...was told they were backed up with "big" jobs and not to worry, they would get to me. I told the girl I was hoping I could get an estimate for my dock as well...miraculously, she offered to set an appointment for that immediately...wow. So if you have a "big" job, these guys might pay attention to you. I guess nobody ever told them that good service on little jobs leads to big jobs.
