  I recently had Crystal Cay do some maintenance and repairs on my boat in preparation for selling it. I then placed it with them on consignment. After no offers on the boat in over 3 months time, I decided it was time to move it to a dealer with more visibility. When I went to make arrangements for the boat to be delivered back to me, the boat was absolutely filthy (I had already paid them to have it detailed). I also had made arrangements for them to install a new radio, which they didn't do. I paid them for the installation of the radio when making arrangements to have the boat delivered back to me. I made the mistake of paying for the work in advance, only to have them increase the price (more than double) and hold the boat hostage until I agreed to pay. I would not recommend them for consignment or repairs. Maybe they do a better job with their canvas business. I hope so
