  DO NOT RENT THEIR BOATS!!! We recently rented a 17' boat and we was caught in a big storm out at sea. Although we were only 5 miles max away from the dock we could not see anything. The radio on the boat DID NOT EVEN WORK! I had to use my cell phone to call Jerry's and the lady didn't know what to do at all. She told me to call back and when I did she did not answer! When she finally picked up she just told us to wait out the storm! There is no way our little boat can wait out the storm with those strong waves. Water was already overflowing on our boat. We had to get help immediately. I used my cell phone to call 911 and eventually the coast guards saved us. The storm started at 12noon and the coast guards dropped us off on land at 2pm and the storm was still not over. I don't know what would have happen if we just "wait it out".

And Jerry's had the nerve to charge us for a full day rental!! They're lucky we didn't sue them for not having a working radio on the rental boat.

I repeat do NOT RENT THEIR BOATS. They're not even the cheapest.
